The plans

Chatz has four plans, from a free tier for trying things out to a plan built for teams running WhatsApp API channels and automation at volume.

ScaleRM649/mo12 seats, 10 channels (unlimited WABA), 5,000 monthly active contacts, 8,000 AI credits, 25,000 email credits. Adds the API and webhooks.

Paying yearly instead of monthly saves two months on any paid plan.

Prices can change
Plan pricing and limits are set by the operator running your Chatz installation and can be updated over time. What you see on the Billing page in your own workspace is always the current, accurate figure.

The 14-day trial

Choosing a paid plan starts a 14-day trial of it, with nothing charged until you decide to pay. If a trial lapses without payment, your workspace moves to the Free plan rather than being locked: nothing is deleted, and your contacts, conversations and channel connections stay exactly as they were. Paid features such as broadcasts and the AI chatbot simply pause until you upgrade again.

Usage meters and soft limits

The Billing page shows usage meters for AI credits and email credits, so you can see how much of each you have used before the month resets or a credit pack runs out.

A soft limit never blocks your inbox
Going over a plan's monthly active contact limit or another soft limit does not stop you replying to customers. It only pauses launching new campaigns until you upgrade or add capacity, and nothing is ever auto-charged behind your back.

Add-ons and credit packs

If a plan is nearly right but one limit is too tight, add-ons let you extend it without moving up a whole tier:

  • Extra seat: RM29/mo
  • Extra channel: RM39/mo
  • Extra 500 monthly active contacts: RM49/mo
  • Extra 25,000 stored contacts: RM29/mo
  • Extra WhatsApp API number: RM29/mo

AI credits and email credits are also sold as one-off credit packs, for a month where usage runs ahead of the plan's included allowance.

Payment methods

Billing is handled through CHIP, covering FPX bank transfers, cards, e-wallets and buy now, pay later. The Billing page also keeps your payment history alongside the current plan card and feature list.
