The plans
Chatz has four plans, from a free tier for trying things out to a plan built for teams running WhatsApp API channels and automation at volume.

Paying yearly instead of monthly saves two months on any paid plan.
The 14-day trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of the Growth plan, with no card needed and nothing charged. Paying for a plan during the trial ends it and starts your paid period straight away. If a trial lapses without payment, your workspace moves to the Free plan rather than being locked: nothing is deleted, and your contacts, conversations and channel connections stay exactly as they were. Paid features such as broadcasts and the AI chatbot simply pause until you upgrade again.
Usage meters and soft limits
The Billing page shows usage meters for AI credits and email credits, so you can see how much of each you have used before the month resets or a credit pack runs out.
Add-ons and credit packs
If a plan is nearly right but one limit is too tight, add-ons let you extend it without moving up a whole tier:
- Extra seat: RM29/mo
- Extra channel: RM39/mo
- Extra 500 monthly active contacts: RM49/mo
- Extra 25,000 stored contacts: RM29/mo
- Extra WhatsApp API number: RM29/mo
An add-on is charged to your card straight away for the days left in the current period, then renews with your plan. Removing one takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for. Add-ons need automatic card payment to be set up for your plan.
AI credits and email credits are also sold as one-off credit packs, for a month where usage runs ahead of the plan's included allowance. A credit pack is a single card payment and never renews.
Payment methods
Billing is handled through CHIP: you pay on CHIP's own secure page by card or FPX online banking, and your card and bank details go to CHIP, never to us. By default nothing renews by itself: each month or year you pay for the next period. If you tick Renew automatically with my card when you pay by card, CHIP keeps the card and we charge it on each renewal date after a reminder, and you can turn that off in Billingat any time. We email a PDF receipt for every payment. The Billing page keeps your payment history alongside the current plan card and feature list.
Pay now opens the payment page for the next period, and you can press it early without losing any days. We email a reminder before each period ends and every day of the grace window after it: two days on a monthly plan, seven on a yearly one. After that the workspace is locked and only the Billing page opens until you pay; your inbox and contacts are kept. To stop, press Cancel plan: your plan keeps running to the end of the period you have paid for, and the workspace then moves to the Free plan.
