Instagram: DMs and comments

Connecting Instagram brings direct messages into the same inbox as everything else, so a question that starts on Instagram gets the same reply tools, notes and assignment as a WhatsApp chat. It also brings in comments left on your posts, so a comment does not need checking on Instagram itself to be noticed.

A comment is not a private message, though, and plenty of businesses would rather answer a product question away from a public thread. Chatz can turn a comment into a private conversation automatically: see Comment to DM to set that up, including which keywords trigger it.

Facebook Messenger and Page reviews

Facebook Messenger works the same way as Instagram: conversations and comments both land in the inbox, and comments can be turned into a DM the same way. A Messenger channel also brings in Page reviews left on your Facebook Page, so a new review shows up in Chatz instead of you having to check Facebook separately to catch it.

Google Business reviews

A Google Business Reviews channel is reviews only, it does not carry a conversation feed the way the others do. Connect it and a new review left on your Google Business listing appears in Chatz as it comes in, so your team can respond promptly without checking Google directly.

Email channel

An Email channel puts a dedicated mailbox in the same inbox as your chat channels. An emailed question gets the same reply workflow as a WhatsApp message: the same conversation list, the same composer, and the same assignment and notes your team already uses for chat.

One inbox, every channel
Whichever of these you connect, conversations from all of them show up together in the inbox, filterable by channel when you need to focus on just one. You do not need to switch apps to cover Instagram, Messenger, Google reviews and email alongside WhatsApp.
