Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card, and every paid plan includes a 14-day trial you can start without one.
What is a monthly active contact?
Someone who exchanged a one-to-one message with you during the billing month. Broadcast and campaign recipients are never counted. Going over never stops your inbox - it only pauses launching new campaigns until you add capacity.
Will I get a surprise bill if I go over a limit?
No. Nothing is ever charged automatically. Hitting a limit shows you the option to add capacity or upgrade, and doing nothing is always fine.
Which channels can I connect?
WhatsApp (QR and official Business API), Instagram, Messenger, email and voice calling. Connect as many as your plan allows.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time - changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
